Bengaluru, 16th October 2024: Tablesprint, an AI-powered no-code app builder, has successfully raised approximately USD 1 million in a funding round led by prominent angel investors and syndicates, including Ankit Bhati (Co-Founder, Ola), Ajeet Khurana (Founder, Reflexical), Sunil Sharma (CEO, Coingape), BlueLotus Ventures, TDV Partners, DGC Ventures, and startup advisor Abhijeet Bhandari.

This new funding will bolster Tablesprint’s capabilities, enabling the company to strengthen its team and accelerate product development. The goal is to advance its mission of empowering enterprises to create no-code, future-ready applications at a fraction of the cost and time typically required for traditional app development.

Tablesprint offers an AI-first SaaS platform designed to help businesses build intuitive apps and playbooks across various verticals. The platform provides customizable building blocks, such as AI Write/Image, Forms, Workflows, Kanban, and Charts, allowing companies to tailor these components to specific business processes like Sales, Orders, Purchases, HR, and more.

Enterprises can start with simple use cases, such as surveys, forms, payments, notifications, product catalogs, or HR document storage, and easily scale to full business workflows, including managing sales processes from end to end. The platform also features pre-built playbooks like ‘Hire to Retire,’ ‘Order to Cash,’ and ‘Procure to Pay,’ offering pre-configured modules for complete business workflows.

For instance, the ‘Hire to Retire’ playbook covers the entire employee lifecycle, offering pre-built app functionalities for document management, recruitment, onboarding, leave and timesheet tracking, shift scheduling, and exit procedures. Enterprises have the option to utilize these pre-built playbooks or customize their own as business needs evolve, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability over time.

Tablesprint addresses a key gap in the enterprise software market by solving the inefficiencies of traditional ERP and CRM systems, which often function in silos and face challenges with usability and complexity. According to Gartner, ERP and CRM systems typically see user license utilization rates of only 35-40%, with implementation success rates below 60%. Tablesprint aims to improve adoption and success rates by offering a more intuitive and adaptable platform.

“We are creating an AI-powered platform that allows enterprises to go live in minutes, not months. By offering a consumer app-like experience for enterprise use cases, we enable simple workflows to scale into complex, enterprise-grade systems, helping businesses adapt and grow seamlessly,” said Abhijeet Kumar, Co-Founder and CEO of Tablesprint. Kumar previously co-founded RainCan, a B2C subscription startup that was acquired by BigBasket and rebranded as BBdaily.

Abhijeet, along with Chirag Jadhav, a former colleague from BigBasket, co-founded Tablesprint in early 2024 to tackle the growing challenges faced by enterprises in HR, sales, and operations. Abhijeet’s experience at Oracle Development and Enterprise Application Consulting, where he gained deep expertise in supply chain management, played a key role in the development of Tablesprint’s intuitive playbooks. “Building a truly multi-tenant system that caters to both developers and business stakeholders is a challenging task. We are excited by our progress so far and look forward to overcoming the challenges ahead,” said Chirag Jadhav, Co-Founder and CTO of Tablesprint.

Tablesprint’s client portfolio includes major enterprises like Flipkart, as well as startups in the wealth management sector such as Elever. The platform is also running pilot programs with medium and large global enterprises across industries like manufacturing, distribution, and investment management.

“We are thrilled to support Abhijeet Kumar and the Tablesprint team, who have demonstrated the ability to build, iterate, and scale effectively. At BlueLotus Ventures, we back founders with grit and high-potential businesses. We see tremendous opportunities for companies like Tablesprint that are thoughtfully enabling SMBs. This fundraise is the first step in what we believe will be an exceptional global product company emerging from India,” said Uday Arya, Co-founder and Partner at BlueLotus Ventures.

Currently, Tablesprint is looking to onboard creators, influencers, and partners who can help enhance user experience and expand its presence in the no-code app development market.
