NASSCOM Foundation and IG Group partner to skill women graduates and PwDs in Bangalore

Bangalore, March 23rd, 2023: NASSCOM Foundation and IG Group, a global fintech company, have joined forces to empower young people in the state and equip them with the skills they need to succeed in the global workforce. The project, which will benefit 300 individuals between the ages of 21 and 30 from marginalized communities, focuses on skill development and digital literacy.

The primary objective of the project is to enhance the employability prospects of the beneficiaries by improving their digital and financial literacy. To achieve this, the project will provide training in communication and soft skills, as well as education on digital and financial matters. In addition, the project will offer technical training in BPO training and digital accessibility training to the beneficiaries.

The ultimate goal of the collaboration between NASSCOM Foundation and IG Group is to empower young people in the state and help them join the global workforce. By providing training in digital and financial literacy, the project aims to enhance the employability prospects of marginalized communities. With this initiative, the beneficiaries will acquire technical skills, communication and soft skills, and will be better equipped to succeed in their careers.
