BSE Startup Platform lists Alphalogic Techsys

New Delhi, September 05, 2019: Today, Alphalogic Techsys announces that they are listed on the BSE start-up platform, making it the first start-up to be listed on the platform. The company that opened its IPO last week got an overwhelming response, oversubscribing the issue. The software consulting firm’s share price was listed on both bourses in the price band set at Rs 84 apiece.

Alphalogic Techsys Limited was founded in 2008 and is a start-up Software Consulting company that helps its customers with their digital transformation requirements. The software consulting company Alphalogic Techsys’ Rs 6.18 crore initial public offer (IPO), conducted at the cost range of Rs 84 per share from 26 August to 28 August, got an overwhelming response on the primary market, with investors over-subscribing up to 1.18 times on their final day.

Commenting on the same, Mr Anshu Goel, MD, Alphalogic Techsys, said “To be the first start-up company to be listed on today’s BSE Start-up platform is really an overwhelming and historic moment for Alphalogic. We have got exceptional responses for our first IPO from investors, regulators and the whole startup community, and we are really humbled for the same thing.
