Leaders create a vision, bring people a feeling of purpose and passion to help individuals reach the vision through meaningful coaching. A binding point that links individuals, whether your staff, clients or stakeholders, is a tremendous trust. Therefore, with this paradigm of confidence, you generate a feeling of value in your business ecosystem. Probably the strongest element of leadership is this trust. This was evident, when 50 CEOs across different Industry sectors were selected for the “Most Trusted CEOs Award 2019” among 250 CEO nominations from India. Endress+Hauser India, a leading SWISS process automation engineering company, has announced that its MD, Mr. Kailash Desai has been awarded the “Most Trusted CEO Award 2019” at the World Consulting Research Corporation (WCRC) IDEASFEST 2019. At the ceremony held in Delhi on 5 September’ 19, Hon. Kisan Reddy, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, felicitated him. Corporates, brands and other dignitaries from different segments were present for the prizes.

The awards presented by WCRC are the premier awards program recognizing PAN India’s leadership, innovation and commitment to excellence in the different sectors. The awards are an annual event to honor revolutionary leaders. It acknowledges CEOs that have led their organizations, and continue to build on their accomplishments.

“I thank every one of you, my stakeholders and partners, for supporting me. “Trust” extends beyond meeting the figures and depends primarily on the culture you build, the creation of a conducive work environment, empowerment of people, investment in their development. You can move mountains if you have the confidence of your people.” said MD, Kailash Desai.

“The people follow leaders without personal choice and even the best, most inspiring and coolest missions without an element of trust will fail or maybe a mediocre outcome, because the hearts of the team are not in the process.”
