How to start-up in Singapore?

New Delhi, India, 23rd March, 2017: Federation of Indian Exporter organization (FIEO) organized a seminar on ‘Business perspective in Singapore’ on 23rd March 2017 in New Delhi. Ms Aparna Jain and Ms Harinder Narvan of Knowledgentia Consultants were the key speakers from India and Ms. Renee Xavier represented Singapore. The event was a ready reckoner for entrepreneurs who are exploring business opportunities in Singapore.

The event was aimed at creating awareness among business persons of India about business laws, legal entities, Government grants for promoting entrepreneurship, and the rights to intellectual property in Singapore.

The event that was held at FIEO, Niryat Bhawan, New Delhi was attended by academia and industry alike. In recent years Singapore has rapidly become the largest source of FDI to India, overtaking Mauritius. Therefore, Knowledgentia Consultants organized this event to initiate the Indian entrepreneurs with first-hand knowledge of business in the foreign country. Many attendees were astonished at the plethora of options that the seminar presented before them. Such activities are in line with Stand-up India & Start-up India programs of the Government of India. We can look forward to many such collaborations between the two countries in the future.
