Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Nayab Singh Saini Visits M3M Foundation’s iMpower Academy for Skills in Panipat, Applauds Progressive Efforts in Youth Empowerment

Gurgaon, May 21, 2025 — In a landmark move toward youth empowerment and skill-based development in Haryana, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini visited the iMpower Academy for Skills, a flagship initiative of the M3M Foundation, located in Pattikalyana, Samalkha (Panipat). His visit coincided with the inauguration of the Rishikulam Wellness Center, an initiative by the Shri Madhav Sewa Trust, underscoring a shared vision for holistic community upliftment.

The Chief Minister was received in the presence of distinguished dignitaries including Shri Pawan Jindal, President, Shri Madhav Sewa Trust; Shri Basant Bansal, Chairman, M3M Group; and Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson & Trustee, M3M Foundation. The Rishikulam Wellness Center aims to enhance access to quality healthcare, contributing significantly to the region’s overall well-being.

Addressing the gathering, CM Shri Saini remarked,

“Vocational and technical training is the backbone of a robust and future-ready workforce. Programs like iMpower are vital to preparing underprivileged youth for gainful employment and a life of dignity. I applaud the M3M Foundation for creating such a scalable, impactful model, which I believe holds great promise for replication across Haryana.”

Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson & Trustee, M3M Foundation, shared her thoughts:

During his visit, the Chief Minister toured the Academy’s classrooms and cutting-edge training labs, interacting with students and faculty. Dr. Aishwarya Mahajan, Managing Trustee, M3M Foundation, presented an overview of the academy’s curriculum and industry-aligned programs, highlighting the Foundation’s broader mission to bridge the gap between skill development and employability.

A standout feature of the visit was the showcase of the Academy’s enrolment success—over 450 trainees are currently undergoing skill training across diverse trades. The Chief Minister expressed particular appreciation for the Academy’s ability to place students within just three months of training, validating its industry relevance and efficiency.

The event also saw the presence of key dignitaries including Shri Manmohan Singh Badana (MLA, Samalkha Constituency), Shri Mahipal Singh Danda, and Shri Pawan Jindal (RSS Head, North India). All echoed their support for M3M Foundation’s transformative vision of rural progress through skill development.
