The book offers a practical and deeply personal guide for entrepreneurs and business leaders striving to build, grow, and sustain meaningful business partnerships.

Drawing from his own entrepreneurial path and technical expertise, Mr. Srivastava showcases the transformative power of collaboration, offering readers an accessible roadmap to harness the strength of “we” over “me.”
Through ten well-defined chapters, the book unpacks the fundamentals of successful partnerships—covering compatibility assessment, effective communication, conflict resolution, and celebrating shared achievements. Reflecting on the motivation behind his book, Mr. Srivastava shared:

From my first role as a service engineer at Larsen & Toubro to leading PHE Industries, my journey has been filled with lessons—some tough, some transformative. Mr. Srivastava began his career in 1990 in technical roles before transitioning into commercial positions at Larsen & Toubro and Svedala. In 2000, he founded Precision Hydraulic Engineers, which later merged with Sunbeam Precision Engineers to form PHE Industries Pvt. Ltd. Today, the company is a leading player in hydraulic repair, service, and systems integration, serving marquee clients like ONGC, Northern Railways, and DP World.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Srivastava is also a passionate mentor and educator. In 2010, he established the PHE Institute of Hydraulics, which has since trained over 2,000 professionals both in India and abroad.
