Before entering the skincare industry, Simran led transformative reforms in some of India’s top hospital networks—reengineering patient management systems, strengthening compliance protocols, and guiding cross-functional teams through high-growth phases. At just 27, she digitally transformed a large hospital’s outpatient division, improving national quality ratings in under six months—a testament to her rare ability to unite compassion with process excellence.
Now at Dermabay, Simran has architected the entire operational infrastructure from scratch: clean, patient-grade supply chains, rigorous in-house formulation cycles, and agile feedback systems that align every launch with both clinical integrity and consumer need. Under her leadership, Dermabay has achieved impressive traction with zero reliance on paid influencers, thanks to low return rates and a product-led growth strategy.
